Veteran producer Kathrin Lausch has joined B-Reel Films as executive producer.

Lausch was most recently East Coast EP at Partizan and also previously served as EP at Crossroads and Bento Box, the company's branded entertainment division.















Magnus Rosman, a veteran director who has shot for European agencies out of Sweden's Social Club, Paris' Byzance and Hamburg's Cobblestone, has been tapped by Crispin Porter + Bogusky to run the European video department in the agency's Gothenburg, Sweden office.














Director Steve Ayson, the talent behind spots like Fosters Pure Blonde "Dove Love" out of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, Saatchi/N.Y.'s "Shiny Happy People," and Tooheys Extra Dry "Harvested" via BMF Sydney, has signed to The Sweet Shop for global representation.








Former Tribal DDB CD Cedric Devitt has joined LBi as executive creative director, based at LBi IconNicholson's New York office. Devitt started his career at Berlin Cameron Doyle and also worked at Grey. His credits include work for Best Buy, Sony, Heshey's, Neutrogena, Ketel One and H&R Block. He was also co-founder of the U.S. Air Guitar Championships and was producer of the crictically acclaimed feature doc Air Guitar Nation!
