Enso, the creative/strategic agency geared toward aligning brands' business success with its social impact and founded earlier this year by Good/Corps' Sebastian Buck and Kirk Souder, has announced a number of new senior hires.
Taylor LeCroy during his last day on the Obama election campaign
Taylor LeCroy joins as design lead from Obama for America, where he worked as the senior design lead of the 2012 Obama Campaign. There, he worked with the campaign's digital team to launch the various digital initiatives that drove the re-election effort, including the design of BarackObama.com, its dashboard, as well as various other initiatives like Young Americans and Romney Economics. Previously he worked as an art director at shops like DDB
, Element 79
and Tom, Dick and Harry.
Also joining the agency's creative group is Davi Sing Liu as Creative Director. Liu previously worked at agencies like Wieden + Kennedy Tokyo and Modernista. Liu's work includes campaigns for the launch of Google Fiber, for Google's #freeandopen initiative, the 9/11 tenth anniversary ("I Will"), TOMs shoes, Showtime's Dexter as well as Nike Asia. He will partner with fellow creative director, Jason Nichols.
Brian Hardwick joins as head of messaging and activation strategy, after serving as senior strategy advisor at Goodby on the Chevy brand relaunch and rollout of the Chevy Volt. Before Goodby, he was on the founding executive team of Al Gore's Alilance for Climate Protection. Most recently he had worked with Enso advising on strategy for a grassroots activation campaign for the Kansas City launch of Google Fiber.
Kerry Stranman signs on as head of insights to help focus the agency's work on human truths and contemporary culture, after 16 years in insights and strategy for various brands and nonprofits, with previous posts at GMMB

Former 180 L.A. Creative Director Gavin Lester
L.A. as group creative director. At his previous shop, he led creative for Boost Mobile and Sony

San Francisco CD Jaime Diskin joins Cramer-Krasselt
's Milwaukee office as VP/creative director. While at AKQA, Diskin led creative and digital teams on campaigns for YouTube and Xbox North America, including work like Gears of War 3 "Brothers to the End" and the Dance Central 2 Dance Cam app. Before AKQA the Aussie native worked at TBWA London and in his native country at JWT, FCB and Y&R

Stink has signed Aussie director Ariel Kleiman to its roster. The London-based Kleiman is known for his multi-tasking abilities, having written, directed and edited all of his films, including "Deeper Than Yesterday," which earned the Kodak Discovery Award for Best Short and the Petit Rail d'Or during its debut at the Cannes Film Festival Critic's Week; as well as "Young Love," which earned an honorable mention at Sundance. Kleiman made his commercials debut with SIRE's "Marked for Life," out of 180 Amsterdam
, which made moving use of body art
