Award-winning creative Icaro Doria has joined Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as group creative director. Doria moves from Y&R New York, where he was global creative director on Dell and GCD on Virgin Atlantic, VH1 and Bacardi. Prior to that he was at Saatchi, New York, and created campaigns for JC Penney, Stuffit, Crest and Olay.

Goodby has also promoted producer Todd Porter to music supervisor, a newly created position at the agency. Porter will continue to produce spots while overseeing music for the agency's campaigns.

Lisa Margulis has joined Epoch Films as executive producer. The 20-year production vet was most recently EP at MJZ and before that was at Anonymous, HKM and The Directors Bureau.

Roger Baxter has joined Publicis Seattle as EVP/Chief Strategy Officer. Baxter comes from Hall&Partners New York, where he was managing partner. His previous shops also include Fallon, The Richards Group and BBDO.

Modernista has announced that Davi Liu and Xavier Teo have been named creative directors and Sebastian Gard takes on the role of social media director. Liu has worked at W+K Tokyo on clients like Nike Japan and China. He's also worked on assignments with Jeh United and Naked Communications Tokyo. Teo previously served as senior digital creative at the agency, where he has led campaigns for Palm, (RED) and Cadillac. He also worked at OgilvyOne in Singapore as senior art director. Gard hails from Context Optional and directed social media strategy for clients like Microsoft Bing. Prior to that he was at Microsoft as the digital marketing and social media manager, search business.
