Former Crispin Porter + Bogusky Senior Technology Lead Aaron McGuire has joined Evolution Bureau as Director of Technology and Innovation. He will oversee the tech development for all the agency's clients, including Wrigley, Nike and Facebook. At Crispin, McGuire had worked on projects for BK, VW.com, Old Navy and Domino's.

Greg Farley and Ricardo Landim have joined Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners as creative directors. Farley moves from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where he worked on H-P, Haagen-Dazs, Comcast, Sprint, Dickies and Sierra Mist. Prior to Goodby, he worked at Saatchi L.A. on the Toyota "Moving Forward" and "Unbreakable Tacoma" campaigns. Brazilian native Ricardo Landim previously worked at Goodby and R/GA in San Francisco, where his clients included Sprint, HP, Haagen-Dazs and Nike. Before landing in the U.S. in 2007, Landim helped to launch Brazilian digital shop Gringo.

Final Cut welcomes British editor Adam Rudd to its L.A. office. Rudd previously worked out of the company's London office for four years, and was behind award-winning work for the British Heart Foundation and SyFy, as well as the 3D Gucci piece "Guilty" and Audi "Future."

Brand New School has launched its new School of Interactive Media, a fully integrated practice within the organization that will offer design, media and digital development. The launch is accompanied by a realignment of BNS's management structure. Founder/Director Jonathan Notaro will serve as the BNS ECD across all offices, and Danny Rosenbloom will be company-wide managing director.

Award-winning art and engineering collective Syyn Labs has joined the roster of Motion Theory for exclusive commercials and music video representation. Known for blending the worlds of art and technology, Synn Labs was co-director on OK Go's "This Too Shall Pass" music video and has developed a broad range of proprietary technologies, including ArtFall, an interactive whiteboard, sound-reactive fire sculpture Rubens' Tubes, and the Cloud Mirror, which brings event badges to life with AR.
