Lost Highway Films has signed director Amy Demas to its roster. Demas has previously worked with Peterson, Milla, Hooks, where she created integrated TV and print campaigns for Target, including for many of their designer collections such as Proenza Schouler, Fiorucci, Isaac Mizrahi and Behnaz Saraphour. She has also led creative for clients such as Stila Cosmetics, DC Shoes and CVS/pharmacy, and subsequently began directing spots and content for these clients. Demas began her career as an art director at Sassy
magazine before going on to help launch Jane
magazine, and also working at teen title YM
Team One has appointed Jesse Blatz as creative director, to work with associate creative director Eric Arnold. He joins from Mullen Boston, where he helped win the Zappos.com account and also led jetBlue's You Above All campaign. He has also created campaigns for the Boston Bruins, iRobot,, Fage Greek Yogurt, and most recently, a global TV campaign for Google's Nexus 10 tablet. His work has been recognized at Cannes, One Show, and Communication Arts.
Poetica, the Soho-based studio that specializes in live-action and post-production for commercials, music videos and web content, has appointed Rachelle Madden as managing director. Madden previously held the MD position at Company X and the EP role at both Trollback + Company and Endless Noise.
David&Goliath has appointed Robert Boucher as director of digital delivery & technology. Boucher will be responsible for leading digital campaigns for Kia and overseeing production and technology across D&G's digital clients. He will report to Josh Crick, digital account director / interactive. Boucher joins D&G from BLT, where he was director of creative technology working with brands including The Walt Disney Company's Family.com and ABC.com, Conde Nast's AnnArbor.com, Google's Code Refresh and Pepsi's RefreshEverything.com.
Dallas and Santa Monica-based digital studio Reel FX has added senior editor Greg Sunmark to its creative team. Sunmark joins from Red Car, where he spent the last 10 years as an editor. He has worked with agencies including BBDO, Leo Burnett, DraftFCB and DDB on brands such as Chrysler, Midas and McDonalds. Recent work for Sunmark includes "State of Hope" for State Farm from DDB Chicago and director Joe Pytka, which aired at the Hurricane Sandy relief concert that took place in Madison Square Garden in December.
Trailer Park has appointed Leila Amirsadeghi as VP, client engagement. Previously, she headed up business development at BLITZ Agency, working with clients such as Xbox, John Mayer, THQ, Alpine, Starbucks, Adobe, Activision, Better Place, Dell, Disney, Dole, Mattel, Microsoft, NBC, Sony, THQ and Warner Bros. She also founded consulting practice MESH.
