Tool of North America added director Marcus Nispel to its roster. The director, a former ad creative who worked with Tool founder Erich Joiner, said the production house's physical and post capabilities were the primary motivations for his move. Nispel joins from MJZ, where he spent almost a decade. However, he is still working on a feature film with that house, with David Zander producing.

directed by Casey Neistat, has joined Hungry Man for commercials representation. Joseph also co-stars in MTV's documentary series Catfish
, an episodic version of the 2010 documentary of the same name. Joseph honed his craft at GOOD Mag, where he served as Creative Director of Video and shot over 60 films for brands such as Prius, Pepsi
. He was also behind the short films Saab Story and Atomic Alert, which screened at filmfests like Sundance and Telluride. He also worked on the film A Brief History of John Baldessari, which ran at SCSW, The New York Film Festival and others.
Saatchi Thailand has appointed Mark Cochrane as CEO and Joel Clement as ECD. The two will work with recently promoted executive planning director Tarn Tanarugsachock and general manager Iravadee Rattanananta, who joined from Lowe and TBWA, respectively, in 2011. The agency won Big Cola's global business and Electrolux's South East Asian account this year. Cochrane comes from Saatchi New Zealand, where he has worked with Toyota

Gentleman Scholar has appointed Lindsay Bodanza executive producer and head of new business. Bodanza was most recently head of production at Los Angeles' Logan. Before that, she spent time in New York City, on staff at studios including Shilo, Panda Panther and Loyalkaspar. She's worked for clients like 72&Sunny, Team One
and companies like Apple
, Nike, and Microsoft.
There's a new production company in town. Jonathan Lia, Brian Welsh and Ryan Heiferman have launched GoodCompany, with a directorial roster that includes Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Platt, Alexandre Moors and Daniel Gomes. The new studio has already worked on projects for Nike, Microsoft and Asus. It's also been working on music videos for clients like Kanye West, including his "Ni**as in Paris" video with Jay-Z.
