On the more emotional tip, Michael Geoghegan followed a homeless polar bear wandering the streets of London, in a moving spot for Greenpeace.
Via the company's Darkroom division, the ever-inventive Chris Cairns transformed junk electronics into a full-scale orchestra playing Bob Dylan's "The Times They are A-Changing" for Brother, while AB/CD/CD captivated us with a series of quirky Godard spoofs for Opening Ceremony.
On the music video front, Canada delivered one of the year's most dazzling clips, the fantastic Solar Babies meets Friday Night Lights space fantasy for Justice's "New Lands.
