Biscuit co-owner Noam Murro, the talent behind classics like Milk's "Birthday," Saturn's "People Mover," as well as the recent feature "Smart People," this year took on BBDO's latest multiplatform tale, HBO's "Imagine," the brand's follow up to the celebrated "Voyeur." The campaign featured everything from art theft to kidnapping and was told literally from four different perspectives—both on screen in an outdoor event and online. Murro also let loose on a gassy spot for Extended Stay Hotels , and others for Vaseline, Jameson, Comcast and Stella Artois. He enjoyed a successful awards year as well. VW "Dog" out of DDB London took home Best of Show at Eurobest and Gold at Cannes and Comcast "Rabbit" earned nods from multiple shows, including a Yellow Pencil at D&AD. But the shop's success was not all about its founder. Tim Godsall directed spots for VW, Mini, Nike, McDonald's, Vancouver International Filmfest and earned his share of honors, for his Environmental Defense Fund spot "Polar Bears" and AMP's "Walk of No Shame." Other notable moments include Clay Weiner's "Sarah Palin" out of Goodby and Steve Roger's "Pure Water" spot fro James Boags Draught.
