360i's 8-Bit 'Video Game' Is Actually a Recruitment Play

Agency Introduces Fun Interactive Experience to Its Career Site

Agency 360i has gone totally videogame with its recruitment efforts with a fun interactive experience that takes visitors through the its halls, albeit virtually.

Taking cues from games like The Sims, 360i recreated its environs as a colorful 8-bit world as part of its careers site. The experience allows visitors to walk through various departments, including its Innovation Room (seen here) and the creative floor, check out open positions and even hang with CCO Pierre Lipton and CEO Sarah Hofstetter.

To add to the festive vibe, there's a bit of hyperbole involved--for example, there's a DJ and a dance floor, a human chess game and staffers jumping on trampolines--emphasizing how the agency's hard work also comes with a lot of celebration and fun too. Unfortunately, you won't find digital Brian Grazer or pixelated Dominique Ansel and his cronuts, although their visits at the agency have been part of the company's past perks.

You'll need a decent connection to experience it in full.
