Spike Jonze has partnered with Absolut Vodka and TBWA/Chiat/Day New York on his latest film, "I'm Here." The 30-minute tale of two robots in love will debut this evening at 8:30 at Sundance, as part of the festival's first ever opening night shorts lineup.
Jonze was given complete creative license on the film. It stars Andrew Garfield and Sienna Guillory in the lead roles and features original music by Sam Spiegel, Aska Matsumiya and other emerging artists. "I'm Here" will make its next appearance at the Berlin Film Festival in February, with a global release in March online at the film's website. Viewers can also get updates on future appearances on the movie blog.
The film is TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York's latest addition to the "Absolut World" campaign, and continues the vodka's long history as patron of the arts, dating back to 1985 when Andy Warhol painted the brand's distinctive bottle.
