Here's a powerful anti-smoking campaign from Brazil's A. C. Camargo Cancer Center and JWT Brazil; a choir made up 12 laryngectomy patients. The choir appeared on stage at Sao Paolo's Museum of Art (MASP) to surprise an audience waiting to see the Sao Paulo University Choir, to raise awareness of the risks of smoking, which is the major cause of laryngeal cancer. The patients that make up the choir used esophageal voice, prosthesis, electronic larynx (vibrator), and other forms of sound to sing; after singing a couple of Beatles numbers, they simply unfurl a banner saying "Don't smoke".
