F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi makes good use of the iPad's "inversion" bug, which sometimes shows images upside down, forcing the viewer to tilt his device to see it the right way. The iPad ad for ActionAid plays with the bug, featuring a photo that appears upside down, so the user keeps flipping it around. The second time the ad is flipped, the image appears the right way up, with the tagline: "Poverty is like this: difficult to reverse. Touch here to help solve it."
