Adobe recently unveiled the Adobe Museum of Digital Media, created out of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Unit9, with architect Filippo Innocenti. The virtual museum was created to showcase all forms of digital art and media. Its curvaceous, doorless freeform structure, was designed to mimic the real-world art viewing experience. A jellyfish-inspired floating eyeball guide helps visitors find their way.

Currently, the AMDM features an exhibit by American artist Tom Oursler, "Valley," curated by Bard College's Tom Eccles, the man who brought Olafur Eliasson's waterfalls to New York last year. Next in the lineup is an exhibit by artist Mariko Mori and a closeup look at RISD's John Maeda.

Check out the making of the AMDM here.
