After All, Who Can Teach You About Survival Better Than Those Who've Survived Life?

Editor's Pick

Air New Zealand continues its ultra creative in-flight safety videos, with a new one launched today featuring "America's Sweetheart," Betty White, and a cast of other old-but-nutty people. "Old School Safety" is based on the premise that old people know a lot about survival -- since they've, well, survived for so long. It's the first safety video for the airline that was filmed outside New Zealand, and features "The Love Boat" actor Gavin MacLeod, actor and the voice of Yakky Doodle duck Jimmy Weldon and Ms. White going through the safety briefing.

The airline has infused its flight videos with creativity before. It featured nude flight attendants, wearing nothing but body paint, in a video themed "From the airline that has nothing to hide," and the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team. Richard Simmons also appeared in one called "Mile High Madness."
