Airbnb has unveiled the rental home it's created in collaboration with Pantone's 2017 color of the year, "Greenery."
Promoted as "the ideal antidote to January blues," the "Outside In" home, in London's Clerkenwell, is filled with plants and greenery, from a "woodland reception where your own private Groundskeeper will greet you," to an indoor greenhouse that doubles as a dining room and "experience space." There's also a tented nook for children to sleep in and tropical lagoon-style bathroom, complete with a living moss bath mat.
Guests are also welcome to take cuttings from the herb garden and pick leaves from around the house for their own cup of herbal tea, while refreshments include special cold-pressed Greenery juices from Mother Juice Works at Hackney Wick.
The price of the rental is 200 pounds a night ($250) and all proceeds will go to AIGA, with professional association for design, with Pantone also matching the cost of the stay with a donation.
