Published on Nov 07, 2011 Editor's Pick McCann Worldgroup is opening a 'pop up' holiday store for its client, ALDI, in the lobby of its Detroit office. The store, which will be open all of this week, is open to the public and will be staffed by agency volunteers. The first ALDI pop-up store anywhere, it launches the retailer's 2011 holiday campaign, entitled 'The Joy of Saving. The Joy of Giving', by showcasing some of its holiday products. Samples of products (such as Choceur Peppermint Sticks and Mosher Roth Truffles) will be available each day, although all the food on the shelves is not for sale and will be donated to Gleaners Food Bank at the end of the week.
