Amazon Lets You Fill Your Shopping Cart through Twitter

Filling your Amazon shopping cart just got easier now that the online retailer has launched Amazon Cart, which allows consumers to add products to their list of purchases via Twitter. Now, shoppers simply need to tag a link to a product link on Amazon with the hashtag #AmazonCart and they'll be added immediately. Their Amazon and Twitter accounts will have to be synched up first, of course.
