Launching this Friday, AmnestyTV is a new video magazine show from Amnesty International UK. Running fortnightly, the 15 minute show promises to mix satirical comedy, campaign stunts, short documentaries, outspoken opinion and news. The channel will be at as well as on YouTube and you can watch early clips by liking Amnesty on Facebook.

The first episode will feature Burmese dissident Aung San Suu Kyi, with a special message recorded to mark 50 years of Amnesty, as well as an item from Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia. The Amnesty TV identity was created by Anthony Burrill.
