BBDO made uses of brake lights on the back of buses to exaggerate the pain caused by headaches in an outdoor campaign for Aspirin. When the buses braked, the lights lit up to highlight the throbbing pain. A particularly meaningful message for those whose headaches are brought on by commuting.
