This commercial for Japanese tire company Autoway, highlighting the dangers of driving in heavy snow, is being dubbed "the scariest ad ever" by the internet this morning. And it's not as if you don't see the scariness coming; the ad comes with a pre-roll health warning that reads "Not for the faint of heart. Please refrain from watching the content if any of the following applies to you: Have any mental or physical health concern and may have to see a doctor regularly." The company goes to say it will not be liable for any "injuries, illness or damages" incurred by watching the ad.

Despite that, we guarantee that spot, (directed by filmmaker Takashi Miike, who's known for controversial and violent films like "Audition") will make you jump. Since being uploaded in mid-November, it's had over a million views. The board at the end reads: "Are your winter tires on?"
