Avon Brazil: Color the Winter Solstice

Even Brazilians get tired of the gray of winter. So, to promote Avon Brazil makeup line Color Trend, agency Espalhe Marketing de Guerrilha took over a landmark building in a Sao Paolo street on June 21st - the southern hemisphere's winter solstice - with the aim of brightening up the year's shortest day. The project, dubbed 'Colorindo a Monotonia' (Coloring the Monotony), took place in the Casa das Rosas, Avenida Paulista from 11am to 4pm, with makeup artists, personal stylists and manicurists on hand to give makeovers and distribute Color Trend products as well as colored scarves. To promote the activity via social media, every participant was invited to do a before-and-after photo shoot to be posted on the brand's Facebook page at facebook.com/AvonColorTrend (only available in Brazil).
