Barrel House: Poster Series

Art with a heart.

Editor's Pick

Since Pereira O'Dell turned its original office space into the Barrel House, a gathering place for the S.F. creative community, it's hosted a range of shows while raising money for good causes like the ALS, Special Olympics, SF Aids Foundation, One Warm Coat and others. To accompany the events, the shop's staffers have also devoted their creative energy to creating some visually striking posters. The one featured above, designed by associate art director Chris Adams, is for the agency's upcoming 2nd annual "Hoedown for Hunger" on November 18, benefiting the San Francisco Food Bank and featuring Bluegrass/Honky-tonk band I Love Red Meat.

(And, for those wanting to attend the Hoedown, price of admission is a can of food or a donation to the cause. RSVP to rsvp@barrelhousesf.com).
