Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios -- known for his entertaining, outspoken character and on-court outbursts -- is the latest tennis star to feature in a Beats by Dr. Dre ad, the brand having impressed with its inspiring Serena Williams spot that ran during the U.S. Open.

This one, running in the U.K. to coincide with Wimbledon, has fun with the British tennis tournament's strict code, such as no colored attire (and indeed, Kyrgios has been seen wearing his colored Beats headphones court-side), as well as more general tennis rules such as no racket abuse, interspersed with shots of the player slamming his racket during a traning session. R/GA London created the spot.

John McEnroe told a BBC audience this week that Krygios represented a welcome return to "characters" for the tennis world -- he's also been labelled "Australia's most marketable athlete."
