Moms take care of kids, but do they do enough for themselves? Becel Canada and agency DDB Canada get moms to listen to heart-healthy messages by delivering them via their kids. The agency enlisted elementary school students in Ottawa to read out letters they had written to their moms, while an online component, "It's OK, Mom," lets you personalize a video of kids telling their moms it's okay not to pick them up from soccer practice, or miss their school play, if they're using that time to go for a workout instead.
