Powering up a London landmark.

Gin brand Bombay Sapphire 'powered up' London's Battersea Power Station - an iconic landmark which has long been out of use - this week, with a light display dreamed up by Erjola Veliaj, the winner of its 'Project Your Imagination' competition.

Bombay Sapphire launched 'Project Your Imagination' in December 2010, asking people from across the world to submit ideas, including drawings and poems, for a proposed light installation. Facebook fans then selected their favorite from a global shortlist, with Albania's Veliaj chosen as the winner.

Creative agency RKCR/Y&R teamed up with production agency Drive to bring Erjola's concept to life and 'power up' the Power Station, lighting it up in a rainbow of changing colors and images of the world beyond. The finished projection was over 100 meters tall and was clearly visible for miles around.
