Booktrack: The App

Your app is served.

Editor's Pick

Controversy-riddled author James Frey is the subject of this white-noir short created out of Idealogue, for Booktrack. The Peter Thiel-funded company creates soundtracks to be played while you're reading e-books, and this Philip Van-directed film launches Booktrack's first title,"The Power of Six." In it, a French maid downloads a mysterious app for Frey and serves it to the author, who then experiences a Maxell-reminiscent blast to his senses. The QR Code presented at the very beginning of the short can be snapped on viewers' own phones to find out what this very curious app download is.
