When you've had an accident, the last thing you want to do is wait on hold, endlessly, to talk to an insurance agent. Bradesco Insurance illustrated its own efficiency with customer service by recreating that unfavorable scenario in an unusual radio media play. In programs devoted to playing hour-long non-stop segments of music, with the help of agency Almap BBDO, the advertiser inserted snippets of a driver's call to a fictitious insurance company. Over the course of the hour, that caller was put "on hold" by the insurer multiple times, with the songs in the program serving as hold music.
