The idea is that criminals can go to the site to leave reviews and find out which states have the loosest gun laws, so they know where it's legal to carry one in places like "amusement parks, golf courses or beaches." The video, featuring two gun-toting "criminals," singles out states that are good, and bad for criminals (California and New York get a firm thumbs down, for instance).
