In an earlier series of "Improvise" ads, McGarryBowen sought Brazilian flavor in icy still lifes showing odd ways to keep your Brahma cold (click here for that). Those ads embraced a painterly look intended to evoke the feeling of a wall mural, according to ECD Warren Eakins. This new departure, shot on location in Rio, wisely adds an actual mural, the commissioned work of Brazilian street artist Speto, not to mention some Girl From Ipanema-type iconography ? still the surest route to the instant essence of Brazil.
