These Nesting Dolls Are Designed to Keep You on Track at the Gym

BBDO Creates a Workout Plan With a Difference

Editor's Pick

With January over, campaigns for gyms are tailing off -- and so, presumably, are many of those who made new year's resolutions to stay fit. However, U.S.-based group class fitness chain Brick has come up with a creative way to keep them on track.

Through BBDO NY, it created "The Fit Nesting Doll," a five-month fitness plan customized for new members in the form of 3D printed nesting dolls. The dolls are designed by artists from around the world, and each carries a flash drive within their last layer featuring the member's workout plan. The different layers of the dolls represent the stages of the customer's progress (and, presumably, the inches you're going to shed as you progress from month to month).

The video seen here will run on Brick's social channels, and it will be accompanied by print and social content to help support its efforts.
