Budweiser has unveiled its main World Cup ad, part of its "Rise as One" campaign through Anomaly and has also revealed the design of its branded hotel tied to the games, the Budweiser Hotel by Pestana, which will open at Copacabana Beach on June 12th.
In the same vein as its predecessor Believe as One, the new "Celebrate as One" ad is a black and white extravaganza that aims to demonstrate the passion and pride for the sport that unites soccer fans around the world. The brand said "Celebrate As One" was filmed in black-and-white so as to put aside the colors of national flags and jerseys.
The Budweiser Hotel will have views of Copacabana beach, an indoor and outdoor bar, a rooftop pool and a performance stage for musical acts, guest lounges, parties with partner brands, and more. At the opening, the it will feature a performance by DJ Nicky Reomero and throughout the tournament it will be home to appearances from FIFA World Cup players as well as concerts from Zedd, Major Lazer, Above & Beyond and others.
The brand is also hosting World Cup viewing parties in 12 countries around the world, encompassing over 3,000 events over the 30 days.
