Burger King Puts Fate of Chicken Fries at Hands of a Chicken

Groundhog Day-Like Stunt Relies on Fowl to Determine Where Item Will Be Sold

Like Burger King Chicken Fries? Well, whether you're able to partake in them at your local BK outlet will depend on the whims of -- a chicken. The fast-feeder, along with Miami-based agency David, have launched a chicken-themed stunt that will send a fowl named Gloria on a cross-country tour. At each stop (the first is in New York), she will make a decision, Groundhog-like style, as to whether or not that a particular BK restaurant will be serving Burger King Chicken Fries on its menu.

Fans can follow the "Random Gloria Tour at #RandomGloria, #ChickenFries and on www.chickenfries.com.

The Gloria stunt continues BK's long history of chicken-driven moves, including, most notably the Subservient Chicken and even a full-blown cock fight.
