Canon: Inspired

What would you do for the perfect picture?

Editor's Pick

One of the hallmarks of passion is that you're willing to do anything for it. Canon's "Long Live Imagination" campaign, created out of Grey New York nicely extends that to create this beautiful spot that pays homage to the will-do-anything attitude of real photographers.

Set to a cover of "Beautiful Dreamer" by Rachel Fannan of Only You -- which in itself is an expected, albeit well-suited choice -- the spot features a series of shots that see photographers going to great lengths to get the perfect shot, from breaking a dish because it was in your way, to rolling down a steep hill alongside a burning tire. Watching it, you can't help but wonder whether the director, MJZ's Nicolai Fuglsig, who himself is known to go out of his way to catch a great shot, and way back when was a former photojournalist--was imagining himself in each scene.
