Carlsberg gets multicultural and seductive in this campaign out of 72andSunny Amsterdam and production company MacGuffin Films.
Three spots bring back the cheeky "If Carlsberg did" line, which is a play on the beer's cautious yet bold "Probably the best lager in the world" slogan.
In these ads directed by Nick Fuglestad, viewers are encouraged to join in on some fun activities -- from learning to say beer-related words in different languages to singing over the karaoke track for Minnie Riperton's Classic "Loving You." The point is that if Carlsberg did try its hand at running any of these excercises, "it would be the best in the world. Probably."
This spot in particular shows the brand using erotic lexicon that "Fifty Shades of Grey" author E.L. James would approve of. Probably.
