Rated 3.00 I think its great that the NYT is embracing the open architecture of how users are re-aggregating data and giving people the ability to take the content that the NYT has and offering it up in different ways. I think that the model that the NYT will end up following is that it will charge for the data but the key is that it will allow all different ways for it to be read. Similar to the iPhone and Apps system the print industry needs to find a way to get the public involved and focusing on its core of producing great content and an infrastucture of various different platforms created by both the NYT and the public to access that data.
