Channel 4: Check-In to a Plane Crash

Tonight, a Channel 4 docu-event will send two pilots aboard a Boeing 727 with no destination planned. Instead, the pilots will fly the aircraft over an empty desert, set it to crash land, and parachute themselves away. The resulting crash is a way for scientists and aviation experts to study the plane and what really happens during a crash.
To get viewers into the action, the broadcaster lets you "check in" and choose a seat on the ill-fated flight. After the show airs, viewers can come back to find out how they would have done, and whether they would have survived.
