Editor's Pick

Coke is backing the launch of a new 3D Printer that turns plastic PET bottles into "beautiful objects" --- with the help of none other than Will.i.am. The Ekocycle Cube 3D Printer has been created out of a collaboration between 3D printer company 3D Systems, its chief creative officer -- who happens to be will.i.am -- and Coca-Cola, which was already working with the singer on a recycling project called Ekocycle. Unlike other 3D printers, the Ekocycle Cube can print using PET plastic filament which is generated in part from discarded plastic bottles -- turning them into new products, be they necklaces or smartphone cases. Priced at $1,199, it ships with 25 music, tech, and fashion designs for 3D printable accessories, which have been personally curated by will.i.am.
