"Stranger Things" actress Millie Bobby Brown fronts a new online campaign from Converse promoting its iconic Chuck Taylor sneakers.

In the film, created by Anomaly and directed by Karim Huu Do (who's helmed spots for the likes of Adidas), Brown explains that the coolest teen heroes in film -- including Ally Sheedy in "The Breakfast Club" and Michael J. Fox in "Back to the Future" -- always wear Chucks, and that's how "you know they're doing their own thing." She meets stylist Stephanie Collie, who says that in her opinion Chucks are always worn by the "underdogs" in teen movies, and they discuss how a character's costume and shoes help you identify with them.

The film is the first in a series called "Forever Chuck" that will explore cultural scenes that made the sneaker famous. The episodes will run on platforms including Instagram Stories and Snachat.
