Is U.K. milk brand Cravendale telling us something about the contents of the white stuff? The hero of its latest ad, by Wieden & Kennedy London and directed by the collective Canada, reminds us more of a dude in an alcohol ad; maybe a cross between the Southern Comfort "comfortable" guys and the Heineken "Legends." And with his '70s mustache, there's also a touch of "American Hustle" about him. Still, it's a bold new direction for the brand, all in the name of giving milk drinking a groovy new makeover. The brand won plaudits for its Cats With Thumbs spots back in 2011.
