As we already revealed on Creativity, as part of its GoFridays campaign, Delta has been tapping workplace platform Slack to identify some hardworking New York employees and rewarding them with freebies to make their summer Fridays more fun. The latest prize was perhaps the best yet -- a free trip to Italy.

Via its GoFridaysBot (created in partnership with the makers of Growbot), Delta infiltrated the Slack channels of companies across New York and identified the most productive employees. The reward isn't just about who spends the most time on Slack though -- the program also incentivizes staffers to share positive feedback by calling out those who have received the most kudos after each week.

Video news company NowThis turned out to have the most hardworking employees, so Delta decided to reward them with a much-needed vacation. A group of staffers thought they were ordering pizza during a typical late-night work session but when their pie arrived, it came with eight Delta tickets to Milan. This video captures the reactions of the winners (who thought they were being filmed for a documentary on media companies).

Wieden & Kennedy New York is responsible for the GoFridays campaign, which will continue throughout the summer.
