You Can Look Sober and Be Drunk at the Same Time, Says PSA from U.K. Department of Transport

AMV BBDO's 'THINK!' Film Shows How Long Alcohol's Effects Last

If you drink a lot the night before, that doesn't mean you're sober enough to drive the next day. That message is one the Department of Transport wanted to communicate, via a powerful new film from AMV BBDO, which follows stats showing that 20 percent of drunk-driving accidents actually happen in the morning.

The video shows a sober-looking man, who talks about how his body is still over the limit the morning after drinking. His voice, however, is his drunken voice, recorded the night before. According to the agency, the commercial actually used a drunk presenter -- the protagonist even struggles to mime along with his slurred voice.
