Using an underwater landscape as the venue to promote its upcoming lines, Diesel's "Style Lounge" portion of its online store features a splendid array of visual effects--courtesy of Spanish animation studio Dvein--and, of course, its usual cast of fetching models. 

Dubbed "The Liquid Space Experience," Diesel's latest design coup is an interactive translation of its live multimedia installations, which occurred in cities like Florence and promoted the '08 rollout. The experience features a beautifully mutating horde of sea life, courtesy of Dvein, which includes pods that explode and release the models sporting different outfits. As the submerged models float effortlessly, one can't help be reminded of Chris Cunningham's groundbreaking 1997 video for Portishead's "Only You."

Still, the soothing ambient IDM sounds and lush sea life makes for a trippy scenario all its own. The other focus is on the various attire, which includes knitwear and other nifty digs like bullet-proof style corduroy vests and "Sioux Tango Warrior" silk poncho dresses.
