Doug Nichol: Sunshine

The life of a Mad Man.

Editor's Pick

'Sunshine' is a short by Partizan director Doug Nichol that follows freelance producer John Benet, a modern day Mad Man who reflects on his career as he helps creative McDonald's advertising in China.

The film is a poignant, and complex piece about being a creative professional in the advertising business. It illustrates how the job can be seductive and lucrative and can draw the worst cynic out of you, but it can also be filled with the eye-opening moments that really make you appreciate the world around you.
