Evian's famous baby returns, this time in a series of smart "twin" outdoor ads that show a grownup's transformation into his or her more youthful, fun-loving infant self.

The "Little Big Baby" campaign features clever media placements -- such as on the doors of the metro or elevators. They feature side by side posters in which the left one shows a pair of adult legs, while the right features a perfectly matched-up torso of a baby. The campaign was created out of BETC.
