Zone Out of Your Boring Family Dinners with Facebook Home

Newest spot to promote 'Home'

Published on

Editor's Pick

You already use Facebook to completely disconnect from the life you're actually living in favor of checking out your friend's vacation photos. Now, Wieden & Kennedy Portland and director Fredrik Bond encourage you to take that habit and run with it, with a new spot showing how the phone platform can help you make a family dinner more interesting.

Bond already directed Facebook's first TV ad, which showed how a guy made his flight much more exciting with "Home," which debuted earlier this month. The agency also launched another film, which won't air on TV, which featured Mark Zuckerberg giving a launch-day pep-talk to his Home product team, only to find that one guy is already using the service.
