Saatchi & Saatchi New York made brilliant comedy out of constipation in its previous work for Fiber One, a surprising tale of a man who looks as if he's with child.

Its latest effort for the brand continues to highlight the fallout of unpredictable pooping -- like being forced to camp out in a public bathroom when you should be walking down the aisle in your big white dress, or having to make sweatpants a permanent part of your wardrobe because your bloated tummy can't take anything else.
