Forbes: Billionaires - Eike Batista

A world without moguls.

Published on May 02, 2012

Editor's Pick

Ogilvy Brazil recently employed a helicopter for its ambitious efforts to announce the launch Forbes magazine in Brazil. This accompanying series of print ads adds to the fun. It features a series of familiar-looking hairdo's and outfits, minus the well-publicized faces that they frame (Donald Trump, Mark Zuckerberg, Tiger Woods, Richard Branson, Eike Batista and Bill Gates). Accompanying stats, (300 billion fewer photos uploaded a month, or 26 fewer skyscrapers, for example) make the point clear: where would the world be without the accomplishments of these moguls?
