Brand Is Encouraging Guys to Tuck, Then Post on Instagram

Fruit of the Loom landed on a fascinating insight following a survey it conducted -- men who tuck their shirts in are happier, wealthier and generally more successful all-round.

The study -- done to promote the brand's Stay-Tucked Crew undershirt -- surveyed 1,000 guys ages 25-60, and findings included that 61% of tuckers report being happy, tuckers have a 19% higher income and are 22% more optimistic than non-tuckers. (They're also more likely to date.) Why this should be, we have no idea (scientists, further research please) but at the moment, it's a cute promotional argument for tucking in a shirt.

Agency Crispin Porter & Bogusky created a cute little animated film to report these findings, which can be viewed at a microsite, tuckeffect.com. It also invites men take a little challlenge by tucking their shirt in for the day, and reporting on Instagram whether or not they get any compliments or if their day goes well, using the hashtag #tuckeffect.
