The journey of a refrigerator.
BBDO New York presents 'Freshpedition,' the journey of a GE French Door refrigerator as it travels 2,000 miles to West Texas.
Accompanied by Cooking Channel chef Ben Sargent and GE Engineer Justin Berger, the refrigerator, which was fully-stocked with fresh food and runs on a generator, was being sent to Ron Thompson, a homesick wildlife biologist who was stuck in the barren deserts of West Texas for months. The mission: To create a gourmet meal for Thompson.
The campaign was housed on Freshpedition.com, with regular webisodes that chronicled the unusual reality show. John Feist directed the episodes, with Acne on production.
