After the cat lady who makes hats for felines, here's a guy who sculpts heads out of cheese.
GoDaddy's latest fake protagonist in its "Go You" campaign is a cheesemonger whose workshop is full of busts made out of the yellow stuff. In particular, there's a sculpture of Shaquille O'Neal in Swiss, that went spectacularly wrong. ("I'll never work in Swiss again," he says.)
The campaign, by TBWA/Chiat/Day New York, continues the brand's repositioning campaign following its decision to pull out of the Super Bowl. As with the cat lady ad, Heads of Cheese has its own fake website where you can read an interview with the owner, Fred, where he reveals the origins of his passion for cheese and what inspires him. ("I'd like to see Bernini knock out Apollo and Daphne in Parmesano-Reggianno.")
